        So, your response is to attack the purchaser? Defending your fine print? Sounds like he's just saying that a mattress should last longer than 2 1/2 years.

        All of the people we have dealt with, and customer service people have been great to work with. However 2 1/2 years after purchase we get a chance to test the warranty. 2000.00 + mattress is a useless pile of junk. The remote quit working, air is leaking. We are on the hook for 40% of the repair cost. 15 year prorated warranty is not worth much. Bye bye air mattress, hello real mattress for us. So, buyer beware. This review is posted in the spirit of a public service.

During the first period, warranty replacements and technician visits are covered at 100% and after that it transitions to a prorated period. In this period, we’ll share in the cost with coverage and it prorates every year after. This is all explained to you at the time of sale and available to read online at your convenience.
