Super rude women who clearly has no idea how to treat potential customers. Didn't say if she would be open next week. Post your hours correctly so that people who drive 2.5 hours to do business here can plan accordingly. Maybe she had a bad day either way very poor attitude. Thanks to Absolute for responding. Doesn't validate the treatment of the people waiting at the door that morning.

We needed to signup for TSA precheck and this location was the closest to us. Flagstaff is over 60 miles away but it is always a joy to spend time there. The place is a tax financial business first and TSA precheck second. The people were all very friendly and the person doing the TSA check was very good at what she does. The process probably takes only 10 mins and we were approved by TSA the next day!I highly recommend this location.

They prepared our taxes wrong so we had to pay more. This business was rude and difficult to work with from the beginning.

We've been with Wendy Thompson for years. She is thorough, down-to-Earth and just a pleasure to work with - and that's saying a lot given the nature of her business (she's one of those bizarre people who likes doing taxes!). We had to call her more than once with last minute frantic questions when trying to settle my mother's estate. Wendy was prompt, reassuring and calmly guided us through the insane tangle of tax mumbo-jumbo. She's the best!
