I have used LuAnns service several times but only once when I moved back to Memphis. She helped me lower the amount I owed the IRS even though I was no longer in Arizona. I was so grateful for her help. But I havent reached out to her again since then because my taxes werent very complicated after that. But today I had a question about taxes and IRAs. Not only did she return my call quickly but she immediately sent me information to help me with my questions. She is joy to work with and she really cares. She is upfront with what she knows and what she doesnt know shell find out. Honest, professional and very friendly. Id recommend her to anyone who needs an incredible CPA.

Our experience with Lu Ann Roberts started out many years ago on a positive note. However, as years passed we found her to become more and more unprofessional in her yearly meetings with us.Several years ago when my husband went to the restroom on his absence she said to me that " he must have dementia. I see the same signs in him as I see in my mother..." Really, because he was 78 years old at the time and asked a lot of questions?  How tacky, unprofessional and her opinion was not asked.Last year, upon our yearly meeting she got snarky with me, oh I'm 60 years old, again because I didn't understand something and asked a question. However, my response to her was that I was only asking a question....she then tried to back pedal and got all fluffy, asking about my job etc.For a person in her profession she should realize that this is a small town, and people talk. I'm not the first person that has had this kind of experience with her.
