Had a problem coming up the hill from Phoenix and they SAVED us! We had to stay the night and they even took the extra care to take us and pick us up from our motel! I HIGHLY recommend them!

We broke down while traveling in our RV in Flagstaff. Being unfamiliar with the town, we didn't know where to have it fixed or who to trust. Another repair shop sent us to you. You took us right in, called us with status reports and were sympathetic to our problem. When the job was completed, you had the damaged parts there and explained what went wrong. Flagstaff Auto Repair is an 11/10. So my window broke and I didn't have a lot of time to go in for repairs due to the nature of my job. I work at a group home for individuals with special needs and we were low on staff-- so I really needed to be at work. Also, this was right before monsoon/flooding season. Not only did they fix my window within the day, but they drove me to and from work AND Flagstaff Auto Repair. I’m so grateful I called! The price wasn’t too bad either. They are very experienced, professional and prompt and friendly. I took in my truck for an oil change, they noticed an alignment repair that needed to be done. Then were able to schedule me in very soon, and they did the work well. Thank you Flagstaff Auto Repair!
