My fiancée and I were looking for a portable dishwasher for our rental home, and Flagstaff Appliance Outlet was the only place in town where we were able to find one. Richard at Flagstaff Appliance Outlet was very helpful, and called us the day after our purchase to check on how it was working for us. When we needed another adapter to connect it to our funky sink faucet, he helped us find what we needed and ordered one for us. I would definitely recommend this business. They also do delivery and installation!

Update: Chris from Appliance outlet has fixed our issue. There were some issues happening with the business going through a transition and we got lost in the shuffle. He was great when he came out to fix it and showed up right when he said he would. Had everything gone much smoother in the beginning it would be a five star rating. I think there was just a hiccup during their transition and our information disappeared. Once we were able to get in touch they were very responsive and fixed the issue as soon as they were able. My first experience was great and I think I will try them again when it is time to buy our next large appliance. We ordered a fridge. I won't go into detail about the delivery (which was bad), but when it was finally delivered, the water features didn't work. It had an ice maker and water in the freezer door but it just poured out when they hooked it up. He guy that delivered it said they would get a hold of us to let us know when they would be out to fix it. We have spent nearly two months calling and emailing attempting to get it fixed. Finally someone called back and said they would be out at 8:30 on December 18th to fix the problem with the water just pouring out when hooked up. No one ever showed and we haven't been able to get anyone to handle it ever since. The last email I sent stated that if they continued to ignore us, I would take further action. The worst part is that we previously purchases a washer and dryer from them and had a very positive experience. We were also planning on getting a new stove from there and have referred others there. This second experience was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. We just want our fridge to work as promised upon purchase. They knew it wasn't working when they tried to hook it up when they finally arrived and do not care. I would not have purchased a fridge with an ice maker and water spout that was unusable.
