The tech is great, SEARS communication system is terrible, or should I call it "Sears lack of communication" system.

On a Sunday afternoon we discovered our Kenmore refrigerator was warm, and were pleased to find that we could make an appointment for the next morning for a repair person. He came on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem; the fan motor needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the entire parts supply Sears maintains locally is what he has stored in his van, and it did not include the part, so we had to special order it and it would be a week. All of this would have been fine, except that the price that Sears set for this repair was $500---$75 for the part, and $425 for the labor. (The labor took about 10 minutes.) We realized afterwards that we could have replaced the refrigerator for about $800. So, on the positive side, the repairperson himself was great! On the negative, the pricing makes no sense. Its not the service technicians it is the website and the customer service. Tried to cancel service and they hung up and did not bother calling back after on hold for 30 min. Poor quality, poor service, hard to get ahold of anyone.
