Steve Haase - State Farm Insurance Agent

Been with State Farm for over 20 years. My dad's been with them for over 30 years. Got a call from Steve's team a month ago telling me that State Farm was dropping my brand new Lexus that I bought for my girlfriend because she had a small fender bender like 3 years earlier when she lived in Miami. As frustrating as that was I went to another place and got her insurance in 5 minutes (for a much better price). Today I called to get my new car insured and was told they won't insure me or any of my vehicles any longer because of "association" with my live in girlfriend. They dropped my Tesla and refused to insure my new car JUST BECAUSE I LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE AS MY GIRLFRIEND! Think about that for a second. State Farm must be hurting sooooooo bad to be treating people this poorly. I have a great driving history and NO tickets for years and have been a client with them for forever...it's really an awful feeling. Steve's team did nothing but tell me that it's not them and there is nothing they can do. When I got upset they hung up on me. DO NOT USE STATE FARM OR STEVE FOR ANY REASON...THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL DROP YOU FOR THE MOST MINOR THINGS AND NOT EVEN CARE.

Steve himself is kind and helpful. Their team made making a claim extremely easy and hassle free. Steve even called himself the next day to check in with me and how the process was going. Very helpful!
