This community is advertised as a luxury property gated townhomes and condominiums. However, the walls are paper thin, the floors creek, carpet buckle after a year, with very poor ventilation as neighbors cigarette smoke permeates my dwelling emensely to the point thats my health is affected. I'm having nusea, headaches, dizziness daily since they decided to smoke several months ago. The new home smell is gone (2 years ago I moved into a 2 story rental). The price is extremely high and now I'm subjected to POOR AIR QUALITY!! I have 3 air purifiers , Master, Loft, and Family room. Air Plug ins in every room on, natural essential oil humidifiers, candles and tons of air fresheners that only temporarily provide moments of relief. No longer are the words true, "You get what you pay for." Requests for inspection have fallen on deaf ears. It's really a shame as the exterior design is really beautiful. Lesson learned. I will have to seek a Non-Smoking community if ther is such a thing. One Upset Resident and Health Professional.
