Before deal closed, I would have rated 1*, as they sold the vehicle that I had made a deposit on (told it wasnt noted in system). The ASM apologized & offered more expensive vehicle for original deal. Max Wilson was the salesman & he was extremely embarrassed. He worked diligently to make it right for me. I recommend Max, should you wish to purchase a Ford vehicle. Just received a courtesy call from Max, asking if I was satisfied &/or had ?s. I am pleased with the Maverick LXT & look forward to driving it for many miles on fishing & camping adventures.

We recently needed some accessories for our vehicle and we tried several Ford dealerships and didnt get a call back. We stopped by Ford Earnhardt and spoke with Ryan about our needs. He was very nice and helpful and followed through. They were able to get the work done promptly. There was small misunderstanding that was resolved quickly with Ryan and his manager, Lonnie. When they say no bull, they really mean it. They have earned our trust and business.
