Received the same amount of sass and attitude from the corporate office as I did the retail store. This company is a joke. Go here at your own risk.

No stars at all. In march i first went in, when the glasses came before i could try them on the have you sign for them. I could not see out of them. the lab made them wrong several times. the last day i was there on 5/18/2016 the new glasses made me feel like i was in a fish bowl and they wanted to remake them again. I decided and got what i paid out of pocket back, but they never refunded my insurance company to this day july15,2015. I don't recommend this place to any one they don't know what they are doing at all.. it dosen't matter which one you go to they cant make glasses you can see out of then blam you. Just happen again in November 2018.

Do not give them your business. You will be very disappointed should you have a problem. Nationwide does not care about their customers one bit. I went to the location in JC Penny's Mall at Arrowhead. Everyone was very friendly...not professional, but, playful and friendly. Their employee took my measurements for my new glasses/lens, did it incorrectly and here I am almost 6 months later, having had to pay more money out of pocket, with no glasses that are usable, and dealing with an unreal nightmare. Having reached someone in corporate, was just adding salt to an open wound...The regional manager was very curt, that just about bordered on rude. The whole conversation was the tone of speaking with a lawyer, and it was the lawyer the clearly represented the other side. Her apology for the inconvenience came so late in the conversation, felt hollow. So, even after learning that it was Nationwide's employee that made the error, that caused my nightmare, she gave me a take it or leave it solution. Which I lost in the end. And what's more is, she insulted me, by not understanding the human side of what happened and completely skating over the fact that the entire problem was do to their employee's mistake. That took 6 months and another location to catch the measurement mistake she made initially. Shame on them, so un-American of this business . Karma, is all I can hope for. And after well over 20 years of being faithful customers, my family and I will never give them our business again. Not that they even care. The made their money off of us.
