Walmart Vision & Glasses

I got my glasses there 2019 sunglasses prescription I lost them. I called today she was only one there and had patient. She left me a voice mail I called back and lady said let me put you on hold and wasn't same person before I could respond she hung up. I said I have severe migraine can't hear vowels well. I just wanna make apt for exams and get glasses there. I bought two sunglasses and couldn't return or use it they are huge. It's too big so I have it can't use it. It's so rude and after this much trouble just to make apt I think I will go somewhere else. I gave it a good chance with all I have going on. Always be nice to people you don't know what anyone going through. Common sense but alot od people don't have it.

Went in today and Maria from optometry helped me it was an amazing experience. Definitely weird to get treated nicely and with respect from a Walmart employee. She was so nice ! Helpful more than anyone I ever been too at an optometrist and Walmart employee . I will def come back thanks for the great service maria
