Hired Joe on 8/29/22 to repair ice maker and paid $400. On 8/29 he installed new ice maker but it only works once in awhile. On 9/7, after several missed appointments and contact only after clients contacted him, he advised the ice maker installed 8/29 was not defective as originally thought but solenoid (?sp) defective. Advised would order new one and install at no charge. First was to be installed 9/15 and then, due to excuses of dentist, behind on jobs, and van in shop, he promised to install on 9/20. (Copies of texts available.) It is 8:57 PM on 9/20/22 and we have heard nothing from Joe. We still have an ice maker that only works occasionally. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor service and terrible communication.

I highly recommend Joe. He diagnosed the problem and installed the new parts next day and cleaned the whole washer. Reasonably priced. Would hire him again!
