Appliance Urgent Care

This business is associated with Colonial home Warranty which filed for bankruptcy and left all of its customers without coverage. Appliance Urgent Care was called out to fix my washing machine which had a bad bearing. They spent under 1 minute evaluating the machine and said they would ask Colonial for authorization. When I called back two weeks later they had not called Colonial yet. I verified this fact with Colonial. Appliance Urgent Care never had any intention of repairing my washing machine. They only cared about collecting the $55.00 service fee. I would NEVER use this company and I would highly recommend that you find a different repair service

My dishwasher stopped cleaning my dishes and dumped a lot of water on the floor. I called this guy out and he immediately knew it wasn't the dishwasher, it was the garbage disposal through which it drained. He recommended a place where I could buy a direct replacement that bolts up to the original hardware so I wouldn't have to mess with the plumber's putty or do any replumbing. It literally took me 10 minutes to fix myself and he didn't charge me the normal full price for coming out. Thanks again.
