Your first impression is usually your last impression and Trisha Jones (Sales) did not disappoint as she was magnificent with answering all of our questions, showing us all of the ropes, speaking to the K. Hovnanian Product, and helping to make our dream come true of becoming Valued First Time Home Buyers plus the fact that she is a Minnesota Viking Fan made it an even easier decision to purchase with K. Hovnanian. Marcus Corrigan (Construction) was EXTRAORDINARY with guiding us through all details of our new home and taking care of all concerns that we had as first time home buyers. Marcus did an excellent job in being available to us and he showed that he cared through his efforts that he made to get our home completed. Carl Countryman (Construction), was also excellent in being there for us with the development of our first home. Floyd Campbell (Construction) was helpful with our walk-thru and getting things resolved with what we identified as an error during the time we went through and labeled things to be repaired. Evan Goering (Warranty) has been terrific in getting our minor problems with the house fixed and did an excellent job providing top of the line service. Sabrina Hamilton (Sales) did help out with questions that we had and we appreciate her for playing a role in getting us taken care of. Ultimately, we love our new home and are HAPPY to be Valued First-Time Home Buyers with Aspire at Villago K. Hovnanian home division.
