As the first person to review this location I wish I could provide it more than two stars. Unfortunately it did not earn more than two stars. Truthfully, this place is lucky I gave it to stars and not one star. I try to always leave extremely honest reviews and this place was extremely mediocre at best. The lady at the front desk made me wait an exorbitant amount of time before she even greeted me. I probably sat in the lobby for over 35 minutes before they even acknowledged I was in the location. Once she did acknowledge I was in the location she was extremely short with me and seemed as if she was not overly excited about assisting me and answering the very few questions I did have It was my first time ever entering a Jenny Craig location and I was super disappointed. I have watched the Jenny Craig commercials for years and I had a high expectations about their brick and mortar store front location. I was going there to get information on diet plans and fitness programs as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. I was overly excited to be able to help her on her weight loss journey. I thought Jenny Craig would be a excellent partner for me to use to assist with that very important matterUnfortunately I was disappointed. They did not help me and they seem like they were irritated that I even walked into the location. The lady did absolutely nothing to make me feel comfortable and that is very sad because I really was excited to work with them. I work extremely hard for my money and money is very hard to come by right now. I was standing in their location and I was willing to start to pay them and give them my money for their services and their goods but after the way they treated me I will never go back into that location again

Great place Rebecca the Director is so supportive and made my experience here so positive I highly recommend this center.
