Madi goes above and beyond the call of an MA and sometimes feels like my own personal cheerleader. She celebrates my successes with me and talks me through the trials.         The manager is extremely rude. I received a dm for a promotion and when I went there the medical and front desk staff said they would honor it. After I received my injection and getting ready yo go up front and pay the manager said they are not going to honor the deal because I am an established patient even though they told me they would and gave me the injection. I high don't recommend this place unless they get a new manager. She is very unprofessional

      Danielle, it seems as though the incident you are referring to occurred more than 2 years ago. As was politely explained to you at the time of your visit, misunderstandings do happen as we are one of many training facilities in the valley and your visit happened to be with an extern in training. While we understand your frustrations, our staff is encouraged to follow company policies at all times even when patients unfortunately get upset with the circumstances.
