Just wanted to talk to someone at the local office but automated system will not allow me to get through. I will just drive to the local office and talk to someone unless they have automated the local personnel as well. On a local basis Amerigas gives excellent service, corporate sucks!

The automated phone system is HORRIBLE. The business hours are open from 8AM-5PM but automated system says office is closed at 5PM at 4PM?? and to call back during normal business hours 8AM-5PM?? Well if I call before 5PM we are calling at normal business hours. Perhaps changing business hours accordingly would be a correct action
