Damien is very unprofessional and rude. I personally will never be doing business with the guy again. Good Luck if you choose to.

I made an appointment with them to pick up my car at 9:30am this morning. I was punctual but they were not. They showed up 2 hours after our agreed appointment. I had to wait for them in front of their shop for 2 hours on a very cold morning. I left a voicemail but never heard back from them and didn't get any updates so I just waited. If the gentleman who owns the business next door didn't invite me in to wait in his shop I would've had to wait outside even longer. I'll never do business with them again and hopefully whoever reads this will do the same thing. Extremely disappointed in how they run their business.

I came here to get my windows tinted, they said they had a "life time warranty". They won't replace your tints unless it's peeling or has air bubbles. Not a life time warranty, misleading. Plus 40 to take off your old tint, even if you do it yourself 40 dollars.

I brought my car to get tinted the day I bought my vehicle on December 16. I dropped it off around 12pm and was told I would get the car back before closing which was 5pm. I didnt get my car back until 6:30pm. Upon completion of the vehicle, I pointed out there were deficiencies in the tint. It looked like they didnt go over their work and there was a hard particle on the rear right window. I also noticed scratches on the rear left tint. I was told to bring it back so they can redo it. Later that evening, I noticed the passenger door stopped opening from the inside because my friend could not get out the vehicle. The car is fairly new and why would it stop opening. I as the customer thought it mightve been too cold and something broke off inside the door for it to stop opening. I brought it to BMW the next day and they scheduled to see me one week out (December 23). The day of my appointment at BMW, it was brought to my attention that 2nd to none installed the window tints and did a poor job going over their work. The mechanic stated, inspected vehicle and found front of rf door panel not secured to door, new window tint on windows/ remove door panel and noticed several broken clips and inside door handle Bowden cable not connected. Reconnected Bowden cable and replaced broken clips. Correctly installed door panel. BMW charged me $190 because it was not due to a manufacture fault. 2nd to none caused the damage to my fairly new car. After my appointment at BMW, I brought my car to 2nd to none to address the situation. I got there around 9:30am and the lady at the front desk said she cannot do anything about paying or refunding $190 until the manager comes in during the afternoon. Later in the afternoon, I received a phone call from the manager/owner and he was confused about how I got a $190 bill from BMW for broken clips. He said why I didnt bring the car back to the shop if I noticed the door not opening. BMW is charging for their time diagnosing a issue you had caused. As the customer, how am I supposed to know that you guys messed up my door? I went in to get my windows tinted, not to have my door panel taken off and to have the inside door panel damaged. Owner said he will have to think about it and come up with a solution to make things right but needs to speak to his partner first. Its been a little over 2 weeks now since I brought the situation to their attention. I called and told the lady at the front desk to have the owner call me back last week and since heard from anyone. My front driver side window tint is starting to peel also. I noticed it 1 1/2 weeks after getting my window tinted while I rolled the window down. Its crazy because a few people had recommended this place and I had high hopes. I was reasonable and polite on the phone, but it seems like the owner is avoiding the problem now. Im also reading the past few reviews and it seems like a trending problem with this place where work was done poorly and not addressed appropriately. Service: Vehicle window tinting
