I wanted to replace an old, fogged up window in my kitchen. I had a few companies come out and offer an estimate and I was shocked that it could cost me between $3000 and $5000 to replace a single, standard-sized window. I had Window Medics & Climate Control of Alaska come check out my window and they said they could take out my window, disassemble the wooden frame, replace the glass, then reseal/reassemble the window and reinstall it for less than 10% of what these other companies were quoting for a replacement. Needless to say I sent the money immediately after receiving the quote and I am extremely happy with my decision. They sent out a technician today and he made it look way too easy; tackling the entire job by himself and finishing it all in about 2 hours. He was fast, efficient, and left without a trace. The only way I would know he was even here today is by looking out the amazingly clean and clear new window I now have in my kitchen. I would highly recommend Window Medics & Climate Control of Alaska to anyone and strongly urge you to give them a call and see what they can do for you before paying an extreme amount for window replacement.
