Timely service and polite during initial work. However, be advised that the company has not returned my phone calls or emails when I later encountered an issue with the service performed. Namely, I was (and still am) unable to access an attic due to how they installed a barrier for blown insulation around the attic access. Because Energy Saving Solutions has not returned any of my multiple phone calls and emails, I filed an complaint with BBB (BBB did not receive a response from Energy Saving Solutions either). If you have any issues with Energy Saving Solutions, you are advised to notify BBB. If enough complaints are registered, the Alaska Attorney General's office may have a case.
