I have been using Ravenwood HealthCare for my annual physical checkup for several years. They are always fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

0 Stars! HORRIBLE business! I made an appointment for 9am 2 weeks ago and showed up early, only to find out that the NP (Nurse Practitioner) called out "sick" AT my appointment time! I understand that people get sick, but where was the decency to call the office at 7am or 8am or 830am to let them know she wasn't coming in and to reschedule the patients for the day?!?! I rescheduled my appointment and when I came back last Thursday, I waited for almost 40 minutes for the NP. The receptionist came in my room and told me that the NP would be here in 5 minutes. I said OK, but thought to myself "Does she mean the NP will be ARRIVING for the day in 5 minutes, or in my room in 5 minutes?" So i went and asked the receptionist and she told me the NP was not at the office yet and that she was "running late". You can imagine my frustration at this point - this is TWICE now! So i canceled my appointment and left. I received a phone call from the NP about 30 minutes later saying she was "sorry she was late for our appointment and if i wanted to come back, it would be a free visit" I declined and said i would rather take my business elsewhere. She apologized again and I asked her why she was late and she stuttered and said "uh, i was um, locked out of my house" right... you shouldn't be entering your house, you should be leaving it to get to work early, if not on time. Thanks for wasting my time not only once, but TWICE. I will make sure my friends and family to don't utilize services from Ravenwood Healthcare.
