I had used this shop in the past, and the price increased when I returned to pick up my down comforter. When I complained, I was told that the increased price was due to the size of the comforter. The comforter, however, was a standard king size. I didn't return for some time due to this negative experience. However, it is the closest shop to my home and they were advertising a sale. I called to get a quote on a comforter and pillows. I documented the price I was quoted on my phone so it would be time-stamped. Two days later I brought my items in and was provided a receipt that matched the price I was quoted. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up my items, the price for the pillows had increased. The employee working there was willing to charge the quoted price, but said she needed to clear it with the owner. She argued with him on the phone, then I did. He first said that the employee who provided the quote had not been trained properly and gave wrong information. He then said i had been "up charged" due to the size of the pillows (they are standard size). In the end, the only thing I could do to get my items back was pay what was demanded and then dispute the sale with my credit card company.

Horrible, horrible customer service! I will never go here. My son is in JROTC and he needed his pants altered and his uniform cleaned so I called with questions. The lady who answered the phone was having a difficult time understanding what I was asking, eventually through me phrasing the same questions in several different ways she was able to understand. She was polite until (as was I), my final question at which point she loudly spoke over me by saying 'thank you, goodbye' while I was still asking my question. Don't waste your time with a company that relies on their customers but treats them crappy when asked about services. ~Kelly Whittaker
