I forgot to post a review a few years back when they ruined two of my dress shirts. They were both brand new and I dropped them off with other clothes because didnt feel like trying to iron all the creases they came with from being folded up. When I got the shirts back the collars had been steamed or pressed in a way that made the color fade out In a way that highlighted the shape of the interlining. Both shirts. They said it wasnt their fault and did not offer a way to make it right. Out $330 total.
