Spring Valley Water Department

Mellissa is awesome! She is very nice, personable, knowledgeable. Anyone would be lucky to have her as an asset for their company. Wouldnt mind dealing with her every time I come for sure. For those of you around here that DONT know what they are talking about, water is not processed at this facility. That means that a premium is paid for the water around here. Spring Valley Water Systems has nothing to do with this and is a great company by all means. Consider the location of where you live or plan to live before blaming a business for prices or other things out of their control. They deserve 5 stars

My neighbors , and my husband and I are very disappointed , and dissatisfied with not only the personnel with Spring Valley Water Department , But also the way they do business. They not only has failed at the job they are designed to do for the community of spring Valley they have also gave the impression that they as their department don't care! They being Spring Valley Water Department only choose to pick and choose their only motives and if anyone dare to challenge them , they are hit with a very large water bill! WITH THAT BEING SAID , I ASK WHAT EXACTLY ARE WE AS COLBERT COUNTY CITIZENS , AND ALSO TAXPAYERS AND VOTER'S PAYING FOR .
