They were there for my husband when he had cancer. They would take blood to see what his body needed and provide a milk-like substance that literally saved his life when he could not keep anything down. I did not know anything like this existed until we needed it. So thankful they were so patient to teach me how to hook him up each night. They have the sweetest staff and help so many people.
Now after long covid they keep me with fluids that keep me going. They don't just give you medical help they take the time to show you how to do things to get to a healthier base line.
They have a staff dedicated to make sure that I have the supplies that I need, a billing department that works with my insurance so we'll, a nurse that is always there for me, a pharmacy that has been able to get medication that can be in limited supply, and a support staff that is absolutely amazing.
Although they are now OptiumRX, I really don't know what we would do without them. I appreciate how they go over and beyond for their patients.
