CVS Pharmacy

Rude, incompetent staff. they changed my 90 day supply to a 30 day supply. So now it cost me more for my needed meds. Ive had issues the last 3 times getting my meds.the same nonexistent issue every time with insurance. And they didnt fill the script that I called in 2 days prior. So after resolving the nonexistent issue for the 3rd time I ended up having to return the next day for my prescription. They are a waste of time, a waste of money, and the employees are a waste of space. Save your time and money, go somewhere else, even if its a farther drive. Changing pharmacies today, I will never go back to this CVS againever.

Waited on the phone for 20+ minutes before deciding to just go in person. There was only one person working. Despite being severely understaffed, I was served quickly and politely. Someone give Allana a raise or bonus for manning the pharmacy alone but handling it far better than could be expected! And hire more staff so she isnt left doing 3 peoples jobs by herself!

So I'm a regular I'm always respectful and understanding that they are always understaffed I go and wait in the line outside the drive through service waited for a good 20 minutes get to the window at 5:55pm and the lady closed the window on me I went in the pharmacy was closed proceeded to speak to someone in the pharmacy everyone was walking out the door.i understand if your closing but the professional thing to do would be serve the rest of your customers or at least have the respect to say mam I apologize we are now closed when you just served someone in front of me so I know you seen me SMH
