The Coley Agency went above and beyond! When we had significant issues with our claim outside their responsibility, Michele and her team did what was necessary to ensure that we were made whole. They took it personal. Without them, we can not imagine how badly it would have turned out! We are glad (even excited) that they are our Agent! I would strongly suggest that anyone in the market for insurance of any kind, reach out to Michele's team. Additionally, If you're not 100% satisfied with your current provider, give them a shot. You won't regret it.

I didn't have a good experience with this Allstate Agency. I probably won't get Insurance through Allstate again. I have never had to pay a balance when I cancelled an Insurance policy.

Worst insurance company ever. Yes it has low rates but they will not fix your vehicle after a accident. Took 8 months for my vehicle to get fixed and i had to pay outta pocket. They paid for my rental but not my repair thats crazy. Dont go to this company
