Steven Fikes: Allstate Insurance

I've had this agency since 2018. About 3 weeks after we switched we had a claim. It was horrible the whole process. When I complained about it I was told to contact my local agent next time I had a home claim, it would be smoother. Fast Forward to Jan of this year, had a issue. Contacted my agent and was told to call the 800 number. This whole mess, the agency, the adjuster, the adjuster manager. Every single one of them was no help. After my last claim and the amount of money we paid out, we changed our policy to make sure we wouldn't have that happen again. Was told today we can't even get the credit we paid extra for. We will be switching both home and auto policies by weekend. Good luck if you choose this company or agency.

WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS!!!!! Daphne refused to set up automatic payment for our account. Tyler calls everyone a liar. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. THEY GOT US IN A PERDICAMENT WITH AN ACCIDENT THAT WE NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR!!!!. NO ONE SENT ANY PAPERWORK STATING CANCELLATIONS NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!!!!! This place should be avoided at all cost. Please avoid them. This is a place that will not do anything for you as a customer
