Despite the warnings I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt. But this location has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They treat every customer like their existence is an inconvenience.

Visit 1/06/23, spent $45+, ask for l&m cigs, cashier rang up Marlboro, even tho I was telling him l&m, he tells me total, I said no you rang up wrong cigs, he grabs the right cigs and pretends to ring up, and push buttons, tells me Total again, I pay, and see the Marlboro still on receipt, I told him to fix it, his mgr comes saying can't do exchanges, I said not an exchange , he charged me for the wrong cigs, she says there's nothing I can do about it , I said you charged me for expensive cigs!! And it's not what I asked for, she says can't do nothing about it! So I said okay then give me the ones I paid for she refused, and said I needed to calm down! And again said look there's nothing I can do, and nothing I'm gonna do so, I told her I worked at DG for 12 years I knew better, she says you need to chill you don't work here now, and I'm done with this!! I have complained to corporate and every number I could find and still nothing has been done

Store is always empty nothing on the shelves in the pallets in the middle of the floor and the employees just standing around
