        Must-Know-Tip!!: DO NOT GO TO DRIVE-THRU IF YOU HAVE BUNCH OF CASH. THE EMPLOYEES WILL BACK-POCKET YOUR MONEY WITHOUT HESITATION! In summary, employees are rude, distasteful, and racist. Doesn't matter if I am a loyal customer over 11 years. They do not see me as a human being, but some lowly-life Asian. To the thief employee: So happy you got away with getting "free" money? (Beaming with joy thinking of extra beer, snacks, movies, or whatnot?) NO shame right? Don't make a big deal out of "small" difference"? That money was hard-earned money through rightful efforts. You disgrace every hard-working family who fights through each day to support their family. What a joke this bank is. I regret giving 5 star review over the phone survey. I am not putting this review down until I get my apology and money back. Don't be fooled by their outer appearance. Check your account EVERYDAY and check for unfamiliar fees or withdrawals. Anyone with similar story, please share.
