D. Mark Clark, DMD, MD

I had a tooth pulled last month. I have no complaints about Dr. Clark or the actual procedure. However, the office lost my driver's license. I asked for it to be returned to me several times. I don't know why they needed to hold onto it for so long but I was assured it would be given back to me as soon as they finished with it. I received back my credit card right after I paid but not my license. When I called to inquire about it they said they gave it back but I never received it back. When I arrived home, I immediately checked my purse, the car, and asked my husband if they gave it to him. No license. I had to pay $34 for a replacement on top of the $625 fee to pull my tooth. I had to tell the credit bureau the license was missing, possibly stolen (I don't really suspect anyone at the office of stealing but I think they may have returned it to the wrong patient. They were very busy. ) My advice is if you are going to be sedated, as I was, please be sure you have your license and any credit cards back before you go under.

Dr. Clark was my Dr. that did my oral surgery back in 1984. I had a very bad underbite, I went through surgery at St. Vincent's, I had my jaw bone broken then my teeth were wired together for six weeks. Dr.Clark was great and very comforting ..Donna Horton Acton
