Dr Clark did a great job on my extraction, he suggested that I needed to see a ENT and he will call me with a referral, after 3 days waiting on his call which I never got, I called them with a promise to call me back, after two more calls in which I was told again that we will get back to you, so after Four more days and still no call I took it upon myself to find a E N T, they did a good job on my extraction but communication with them is a zero, this needs to be improved.

I had a tooth pulled last month. I have no complaints about Dr. Clark or the actual procedure. However, the office lost my driver's license. I asked for it to be returned to me several times. I don't know why they needed to hold onto it for so long but I was assured it would be given back to me as soon as they finished with it. I received back my credit card right after I paid but not my license. When I called to inquire about it they said they gave it back but I never received it back. When I arrived home, I immediately checked my purse, the car, and asked my husband if they gave it to him. No license. I had to pay $34 for a replacement on top of the $625 fee to pull my tooth. I had to tell the credit bureau the license was missing, possibly stolen (I don't really suspect anyone at the office of stealing but I think they may have returned it to the wrong patient. They were very busy. ) My advice is if you are going to be sedated, as I was, please be sure you have your license and any credit cards back before you go under.

Dr. Holmes and his staff were fantastic. I had a broken crown and the tooth needed to be removed my regular dentist was afraid to pull it because it was so fragile they thought it might break off below he gum. So he sent me to see Dr. Holmes. They took me back, my husband went to the car to wait for me to be done. Well they got me in the chair Dr.Holmes came in started my IV and then I opened my eyes and said is he about to start they said oh no he is done. Wait? What? Yep they called my husband he pulled to the back door to pick me up and from the time he got in his car to the time he picked me up was a whooping total of 22 minutes. That was knocking me out pulling the tooth waking me up and me going to recovery. Then out the door I went and never had a problem. Wonderful experience. I was so thankful for the pain to be gone and cant say enough about how sweet and professional they all were.
