The nurses were so kind and considerate. The tech was nice but said things she shouldnt have about my procedure and sent me into a panic when I was already nervous. The techs in the procedure room were awful. They sat in the corner and chatted while I laid there waiting. The anesthesiologist was very kind. The nurses were wonderful. The techs? Sucked. Its sad too bc they are the ones that have the most contact. Also, didnt love the doctor. He didnt do much to calm the nerves either. Will likely look for another.

I have never been to a more disorganized medical facility. They woke my father up at 3am to sign paperwork that was supposed to be signed the morning before, then more paperwork later that day that they said was supposed to be signed at admission. There are bugs everywhere!! The nurses/phylbotomist apologized for each other's mistakes, they brought medication in without explaining what it was, papers to sign without expaining what they were for, etcAbsolutely unacceptable. I hope he never has to come back again!

Not enough parking, doors have very thick metal pieces on the ground that make it very hard to push a wheelchair over and the new security procedures asking for names and ID is ridiculous. I now have to find a new gastroenterologist, pain management doctor and a new sleep apnea doctor as well as a new place to get any medical imaging done because I refuse to be treated like a criminal just to do doctors appointments.
