I have been a patient here for about 2 years with the nurse practitioner Jessica. She moved apparently so they said they were going to email ginger to see if she was accepting new patients. I called 3x in one week still no answer from ginger. I called the late the next week they said she had answered but I guess they didnt think it was important to tell me. Very rude staff and they do not care about the patients or they would call back, and try to get you in. Its very unprofessional and poorly ran. Needs to be shut down.

This place is terrible. Tried to get an an appointment for my spouse. The front desk never answers the phone then when they do its months before you get in. They call the day of the appointment and reschedule it. Then when you actually go they turn you away! We had an appointment at 11am got lost but showed up at 1050 and were told we were late and they couldnt see us! So the 3 month wait to see a dr was all for nothing. The dr may be good but you cant get passed the rudeness of the front staff.
