Do not go here.
I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time. Im a busy person and I have limited time in my day. I asked for a refund on my Copay and the manager said, Youve only been waiting 40 minutes. We dont herd people like cattle here.
Because Im busy with work and meetings I dont have time to wait 40 minutes to an hour to see a Doctor for a scheduled appointment. From my experience that is exceptionally poor customer service and complete lack of recognition of other peoples time and life.
Again, the customer service from the manager was extremely poor and rude with no respect for my time and the business events I had to reschedule to see the Doctor.
Do not go here. Find another Doctor.
