Karla Boles - State Farm Insurance Agent

Its nice to have an insurance company to take the time to actually listen to your concerns these days. They worked very hard to get all of my policies/ applications completed and submitted after addressing my concerns. Theyve done a great job and I really appreciate their efforts.

My car insurance has been with State Farm since I began driving more than three decades ago. I have made few claims on my insurance and my driving record is good. For no reason that was explained to me, State Farm non-renewed a policy my wife and I made on a new vehicle. When we contacted Karla Boles office, we were told this was likely a mistake and that we would be fine. Today I learned that was not the case and I was never notified. My policy just ended without explanation. It's sad to so quickly sour on a relationship I've had with a company for so long, but I quickly moved on to another insurer. (Not State Farm)
