      image I have been with pam over 15 years. The care and service have went down greatly since Linda is no longer there. I've had two rate increases this year without any warning. When I call in the lack of concern is in the voice tone. This last time I said I was going to cancel since I've found cheaper rates with other providers. I was told just call us back to cancel. I cant believe they would let a 15+ year customer go so quickly. No wonder everyone is leaving. @STATEFARM
