This furniture company is by FAR THE WORST EVER! We go in there and he assures us that our couch would be here in 2-3 weeks. Weeks go by and we never heard anything. Every time you call there is NO ANSWER. Seriously, what kind of business NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! So instead of continuing to call, I decided to drive up there, mind you Pelham is definitely out of the way, get there and you see to lazy gentlemen sitting there with no customers. So why wasn't the phone being answered again.. when you both are just sitting here? But anyways, I go in and demand a refund if the couch isn't here by Friday or if it do get here by Friday, then I want it delivered to my house. They then say ok that's fine, but it's saying in the system that it will be here by this Friday. So they notified us saying that the couch wasn't going to be here but it'll be here next Friday, which is tomorrow (of this current week)
and said the refund will be issued if you like. I told them I would call them back once I make my decision. I called back NO ANSWER AGAIN. Now, here we are.. next week.. almost Friday.. and after NUMEROUS CALLS THIS MORNING WITH NO ANSWER THEY TELL US THAT THEY CANCELLED THE COUCH AS SOON AS I CAME IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE!!!!! SO IF THAT WAS THE CASE THEN WHY YOU DIDN'T TELL US THAT UNTIL NOW!!!!!!!! I HATE THIS COMPANY SO MUCH AND DON'T EVER GET YOU FURNITURE FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE ordered this couch December 2nd and we STILL HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!
And do not pay attention to these nice reviews! They are reviews from friends and family..... DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER YOUR FURNITURE FROM HERE BECAUSE YOU'LL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED AND EMPTY HANDED!

I really didn’t want to leave this review because my fiancé and I had such good customer service when we came in to look at what they had to offer. We ordered a whole bedroom suite, a sectional, a coffee table, and one end table. We were told it would take 2 weeks to receive everything other than our bedrails. We have a California king, which is not a common bed, therefore it had to be special ordered and it would take the rails about 4-6 weeks, but more along the lines of 4 weeks. Awesome! I’m excited! Well, 2 weeks go by... not a word from them. So I tell my fiancé to call... no answer and no call back. I called... no answer and no call back. We are thinking... great we just spent $3,500 and it’s a scam. FINALLY, I call up there and get in touch with someone and they said they have several trucks coming in this week and they hope all of my furniture will be on it. By the end of the week... I heard nothing from them. I’m thinking okay... let’s give it a week. A week goes by and we hear nothing, so I call. Talked with someone and they said what happened with my order is they held all of my furniture together until the bedrails came in(which is opposite from what we asked) and there would be a truck in middle to end of the next week. Okay... so like any other place, why wasn’t I informed of this? I had to call to find this out. To me... good customer service would have been calling the customer after the 2 weeks promised and say, “hey, I realize your furniture is suppose to be in. I have called and this is the problem”... but no. They just don’t call you. After calling multiple time and getting the same excuse, we finally get our sectional and bed(not the suit...just the bed including the rails that were suppose to take longer than everything else). They had it delivered at no charge because of the long wait. We put the sectional together and we were pleased. We put the bed together and the corner of one of the bed rails is broken. Whatever... you don’t really notice it. Then a month goes by and he delivers what I was told was the rest of my furniture, but the first thing he says when he walks in the door, “they split the order and the coffee table and end table should be in next week”. After 2 months we FINALLY got all of our furniture.... love the furniture and love the price we paid. Very poor customer service. I would rather go to Ashley Home furniture store and pay full price and be guaranteed to have my furniture in 2 weeks.
