The people in the office were very nice but the people in the warehouse that would not help us load were very rude

This place is tucked neatly off the road. While there is a lot of choices I was hoping for outlet prices. The cost of outdoor furniture prices are shocking to most and it will be here as well. It is well built but it is more than interior furniture surely. $12,000 for a large sectional, c'mon guys! They sell the cushions separately!  Crazy! That is a huge turnoff to nearly everyone. Once you convinced yourself to overspend they wallop you with another $2,000-$5,000 in cushions!  And delivery, and taxes, and fabric protector, and warranty. It seems to never end honestly. Worst part is this is their rejects. They have stains, scrapes,  are dusty dirty etc. I thought we were headed there to buy 3-4 outdoor sitting sets (avg $7,000 each with side tables) and 2 sets of outdoor dining sets (avg $4-6k each). Sorry, but I refuse to drop $53,287.00 on that. Pure insanity. The 3 stars because the staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. The place is large with good selection and yes the quality is there but just not at that price. I feel I could travel to Europe find a really cool set, have it shipped here for what I would pay at the OUTLET store!  I won't step foot in their retail locations. Made that mistake once years ago. I gave them another shot and their prices failed me once again.  Too many other places in bigger cities I can buy from and have shipped. Amazon, Alibaba or Atlanta here I come!
