Encore is my favorite furniture store in Birmingham, and just one of my favorite stores in general. Ive purchased several pieces of furniture from them over the last couple of years, and all have been great quality. The staff is so friendly and helpful the minute you enter the store, I always leave with complete confidence in my purchases. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase new furniture or home decor!

I experienced the best customer service I've seen in years at this location. Upon entering the store my husband and I were greeted by all staff members. We were made to feel at home from the onset. As we walked around the store, the sales representatives inquired if we where finding everything we needed. Although the sales representative may have been working with other customers they also checked in on us from time to time. This experience warmed my heart. This store is one of my favorite places to shop. Awesome services ladies.
