no rats, was a big disappointment. food prices on reptile decor. friendly staff. bathrooms where dusty on like the top off the tolit dispenser and no paper seat covers, they were actually the dirtiest with the dust then anything. the rest of the store was clean and nice. it's a good fish store with lots of choices.

Ordered online which I do quite often for pickup. Ended up waiting 35 min before I had to go in. The whole point of ordering for pickup is the convenience for people who need it. I will have to reconsider where I get my pets needs from in the future.
