We did a 6 hour trip. We had a good time. We caught our limit of 2 a piece but that was all but Im not complaining about that, we still had fun. My complaint is when it came to tip the deckhand, they wasnt happy with the tip and said they was gonna keep the fish if we didnt tip 20 percent. Ive been several times on other boats and theyve never said anything to us about our tip. They was very rude to us for not giving the 20 percent they wanted. We paid the extra to keep our fish but it ruined the trip and the experience for us.

Very friendly and laid back trip. We are sore from today's trip but we would go again tomorrow if we could. The deckhands are very friendly and helpful.

Went fishing Saturday with work and had a blast captain Amanda is the best in the business. She puts us on some great spots and would recommend Legacy Charter to anyone looking to catch monsters. The crew was extremely knowledgeable fast friendly and helpful as well.

Booked a fishing trip for a group of 10 guys with Gary from Legacy Charters. Getting everything booked was relatively straightforward and agreed to meet up at the dock. We went for a 6 hour fishing trip and got a quick rundown of how to use the rods. At one point, a dolphin came near the boat, which many in our group were excited to see. Without any warning whatsoever, the captain of the boat (not Gary) decides to pull out a handgun and start shooting at this dolphin. He said it was to scare the dolphin away so it would stop eating the bait and fish around the boat. Nobody every disclosed a gun on the boat nor that they would be firing it in rapid succession (at least 4 shots) with no warnings. We are from Texas and are not new to being around guns, but this was just not safe.
