The employees at CTU are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They are Some of the most nicest people you can do business with and theyre honest. If you ever want to get treated like family go to CTU where they cater to your needs. The two ladies at the front Desk are amazing, if they cant take care of you no one can they really know their stuff..CTU thank you for taking care of me God bless you guys and gals.

After going here for years I wont be going back. I originally went here for striping on my car and window tinting ( have also done previous cars here). Also had a rear spoiler installed which was good. My stripes originally was not the color i wanted ( I left numerous pics at time of drop off) so when I picked up I was kinda surprised but it grew on me so I kept it. And a couple years down the road they faded so I had them replaced. I was told at this time I should have a clear coat put on so they wouldnt fade again so I did at an additional cost. But when I picked up it kinda looked swirly and I was told it would settle. It didnt. So Ive lived with it. Then a few weeks ago I noticed my back window tint bubbling so I called them right away, and was told to bring it in right away to and them look. When I did a) nobody came out and looked at it so why did I have to drive there from out of town.b) was told EVEN THOUGH they acknowledged they used faulty tint and have since changed companies they were going to charge me 170 bucks to remove it and reapply and it would only get worse. So I left very unhappy and yes in just a week its gotten way worse. Needless to say I wont be back. Ive given them enough money. Beware
In response to the below comment some of this was brought up to me and some wasnt actually as stated and some was told to me this is just as good as its going to be, so why would I call back? As I said Ive lived with it ( in particular the clear coat leaving weird marks in the stripes). I was not told the colors couldnt be matched like the pics when I left as I left several detailed pics and it actually was clear fading to black with no silver involved at all. Anyhooo it was the counter people that helped me pick out the depth of tint, I dont remember anyone telling me it voided any warranty since I wasnt getting ceramic but regardless Im not going back and forth. It all just is what it is at this point. I wouldnt have been rude to Tara she has always been nice, and Im not that kind of person.
