I do not appreciate Ben lying on me. Anytime the owner wants a copy of my text messages directly from Ben that his employee Jessica provided me his direct personal cell phone prior to calling can be made available. In fact, when I first spoke to Ben on the phone a couple of weeks prior, he stated to not give this business a bad review until he rectify the problem. However, he never got back in touch with me or sent anyone out to see for themselves that the window is NOT textured. In addition to this, all text conversations were during the early afternoon NOT late at night. There was never any threats or profanity used at any time. We are far from a charity case. Your business just want money and will not honor coming back to fix your employees mess. All people have to do is call the business and see that no one is never there unless you request a quote for a service. You will be exposed you as a LIAR. I am still waiting on someone to come to my house to verify the texture of my glass on my front door. Service: Privacy window films

My husband and I paid to get tint on our front door to our home on 13 September 2021. Chris and Jessica did the job. However, air bubbles formed and I emailed Chris on 18 December 2021 who stated to be patient because it was normal. We could not reach anyone for months after this and no one returns calls or emails causing us to drive to the place of business which is always closed. Then my husband finally got in touch with Ben the end of May who stated he had to gather information and get back with us Today 04 June 2022, we texted Ben who claimed our case was a QA that opened and closed in his absence. Then my husband simply asked Ben how long will it take. Ben began to blame him for not giving all the details when we offered for him or a rep to come out to our house to see for themselves which did not happen. As Army Veterans, Ben is unprofessional and we do not recommend this business to anyone to include the military, their families, and the community alike! Service: Privacy window films

This is our second & last time tinting a "textured glass" window in a door, in as many decades. Both were with "disclaimers" on that portion of the job, as "Architectural Tint" is engineered for installation on "flat-glass" (Double-paned, single-paned, or any other flat-glass found in every home or business). It is the only one "textured glass" job in the last 11,000 Architectural Tint job installations, and it is the last time we will do it (per our new policy prohibiting "textured glass" tint installations in 2022 & on). Even after setting the expectations from before installation commenced, as we did with this one and the other "textured glass" job, from 2003. On the previous occasion in 2003, the customer understood the expectations we set from the very beginning and had no complaint. After this experience of our staff receiving personal threats, on calls made to our staff's personal phone, after midnight, and on multiple calls involving drunken profanity-filled rants and threats demanding we do something sooner than our schedule permits. We do not want any more "drunken threats" about this ever again. We are known for our impeccable rating for our incredible performance and charity works installed throughout our Alabama' communities, each year. As the only company in this industry that has serviced our Alabama' communities for multiple decades, consistently & honestly, delivering unmatched benefits, longevity and support, and industry-leading Solar Rejecting performance at a reasonable price. We will not have our staff threatened or harassed by your husband or anyone else during the night or on their time off. We will not be doing any further free work for you. We do frequently do charity, but our staff or anyone else here, will not accept bullying over the phone, harassment, or threats into doing jobs for charity. Period. Our staff have now all been directed from top down to block your numbers after the 3:00AM calls with threats received, in this past week.
