Front desk receptionist is very rude. I walked up to the desk and she just stared at me . If they dont like their job they need to get another and learn how to do their job

First of all I came here at 9:35 this morning the lady said the earliest appointment to get a covid test is at 12 so I scheduled itcame back at 11:35 its 1:27 and I still have not gotten my covid test and I have to be at school to move into my dorm very soon but I need this covid test to be able to move in!

Trying to go to this facility because my company ordered pre-employment physical and routine vaccinations. I have been unable to get an appointment for 3 days now. First, I was told that AFC doesnt schedule appointments over the phone and that I would have to physically be present to schedule an appt. That was already dumb. So the next day, I went into the facility for an appointment and was told that they were booked for the day and that I would have to come back the next day at opening. I came back the next day at opening. The line was wrapped around the building, and before it was even a third of the way advanced, an employee told us that they were booked for the day. Again, they told us to comeback the next morning. This place is a joke and their schedule for appointments is idiotic. They really need to get it together. Btw, maybe if people in Alabama would get vaccinated for COVID, wear masks, and practice social distancing, everyone wouldnt be going to AFC every day to get tested for COVID. That was part of the problem. No one else can get an appointment for anything else because everyone and their mama was there to get a COVID test.
