The entire staff was very helpful and kind especially the CRNP you could tell she really cared and did everything she could to help. This is a great Medical facility to come to.

Do not use this medical facility! I went for a visit and told the doctor that I thought I had strep throat and wanted him to do a strep test. He said that it was policy to do a covid test. I agreed thinking that it would maybe cost me $50 to $75 for this test at the most. I was charged $202 for a covid test when I only requested a strep test. A month later I received a charge on my credit card because my insurance refused to pay that much for the test for a 30 minute visit a covid test and a strep test. I never received a bill and I never received an email saying that my credit card was going to be charged. For a 30-minute doctor visit I was charged over $450 This is absolutely ridiculous! Especially since I have Medicare and United healthcare!

We checked in around 3:30-4:00 , and we're told to just have a seat.We understood first come first serve.but I put on form I felt feverish.l sat for almost 3 1/2 hrs .l have a bad back and I was freezing and I was left in a exam room after almost 3hs .After what seemed like hours , No one checked on me so,I went out an asked if i could get a blanket and how long it might be.i was told by the Dr. ( a little rude ,but Sure he was tired.) that I had one in front of me . I stayed in exam rooms.about another 15-20 mins. I got up to leave and Dr. Was still at computer he was at before so he had not moved. When leaving I ask if I could make an appointment for the next day.i was told I could go on line and make one myself .In The Past I have made appointments with the staff.It seemed that it did not matter if stayed or ever comeback to this office. If I were told when I went in that it would be a long wait, I could have decided myself.i will not go back to this office.I will not be back.
