We booked two rooms, one room had 3 cockroaches inside that scattered when we turned on the lights. The occupants of that room decided to leave and get a cleaner hotel, I had already showered and got ready for bed, so I stayed. When I told the manager that the one room had roaches and those members of my party had left for a cleaner hotel, he became combative and demanded that I show him the cockroaches or he wouldn't provide a refund. Of course the roaches had already scattered back to their hiding places (like roaches do once disturbed) and I had to argue with the combative manager for 15 minutes to convince him to give us a refund. I told him I was staying because I had already showered and unpacked to get ready for bed, asked him for a discount on my room for the inconvenience of it all and he refused. My room was also dirty, dead bugs under the beds and stuck to the walls, the bathroom smelled strong of urine, there were beard hairs on the sink from a previous guest trimming their face hair. There were also several blood stains on the mattress. Also, the cleaning person knocked on our door and woke us up at 8:30am to try and start cleaning our room even though checkout isn't until noon. Don't stay at this hotel. It is dirty, smells bad, they have terrible customer service, and there are cockroaches.

Booked a room here for one night, there were cockroaches in the bathroom when I arrived and when I complained to the manager, he became argumentative and said he wouldn't give me a refund. I told him that the room was very dirty with lots of stains and dead bugs in addition to the roaches in the very smelly bathroom and he accused me of lying about the roaches. I demanded a refund and after like 10 minutes of going back and forth and threatening to file a charge back with my bank, he finally relented and said he would give a refund. Manager was very combative and uncooperative; quite unpleasant. Filthy rooms, smelly bathrooms, stains, dead bugs, and live cockroaches scattering when the lights are turned on. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
