Update: The hotel has charged my card for days I wasnt there. They keep telling me the regional matter will me today yet as of 645pm today 3/26 I have not received a call. They replied to my google review yet did not reach out to me. Its fraudulent to charge ones card for services not rendered. Original post: I really wish I could do this with zero stars. This hotel is filthy & the staff- (particularly Lisa) was very unprofessional. Let me give the short version. The carpet is dirty throughout the hotel. I was moved from the first dirty room to another dirty room. In short, there was something black stuck to the rim of the toilet, hair & other particles in the tub, outside of refrigerator was dirty, carpet was beyond filthy stairs had trash on them, pillow cases were dirty, & a dirty towel was hanging behind the bathroom door. This location needs to be closed, renovated or simply closed. Rooms: Dirty

The room was really clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Montgomery.

This was a nice place to stay overnight. It was very spacious, but the room had a funny smell to it. Lysol did not help, so it had to come from the vents.
