These people are clueless and are scammers! I've usually had good experiences with Alamo but this Alamo location is GARBAGE! Rent from Avis or Enterprise.

I have a reservation at the airport. My flights have been delayed and rebooked to a much later flight. I don't understand why the car rental company closes before the last flight lands..
Now I'm looking at not having transportation from the airport to my hotel, without a very costly uber.... Will wake-up to no transportation!!!

Was in an accident while heading back home from Mississippi. Unfortunately we ended up in Montgomery 309 miles from home. We made a booking because we needed to get home plus we have a little one
Alamo said that they had availability. Once we got here the lady at the desk said they have no available cars and had to wait because other customers have priority over us.
We then watched her take care of four other people with zero issues. First time trying to rent a car with this company and it will definitely be the last. Good luck if you choose them but you would be better of with enterprise or Avis!!
