I lived here on 2 separate occasions. Most recently I've been here for the past year and 7 months. I can't say enough good things about this complex. There is a large field which is always well kept. The property managers take the landscaping very serious. The pool is always clean, and quite. The prices are competitive for the area especially when you consider the added amenities and privacy that this apartment complex offers.

Overpriced for what you get, crazy neighbors, and inconsistent with whats in the lease. Beware of a guy whos lived there for awhile and who makes girls feel uncomfortable. Our lease stated after multiple encounters with police, tenants should be served an immediate notice of eviction. Even after three incidents with law enforcement, nothing was done to try and get rid of this man. Until a few bad tenants are gone, I wouldnt recommend living here, especially if youre a young woman. The ladies in the office are nice, though. I was thankful to get my security deposit back upon moving out.

Just read the reviews and as the New Owners of the complex it is our goal to provide Clean, safe, affordable Housing for the community. It is our intention to be very responsive to tenant needs and any repairs that need to be done. Looking foward to continue providing the best apartment homes in Montevallo.
